Monthly Archives: March 2017

To our Ted Reeve Arena Skating-Hockey School Families,

Alas another great season is coming to an end, time to hang up our skates and bring out our baseball bats, soccer cleats, and golf clubs.  We’d like to thank you and your skaters for another fantastic season. On behalf of the instructors, we are very proud of the progress your children have made this year, and hope you are too.

This Sunday March 26, is our final session for this season and we will be playing friendly shinny from 1:00pm to 2:00pm for the SK1 students, and from 2:00pm to 3:00pm for the SK2 and SK2/Hockey students. Everyone should bring a stick (or we can loan you one).

Thank you to those who took advantage of our pre-registration for our 2017/2018 season. SPACES FOR OUR SK1 PROGRAM NEXT YEAR ARE NOW FULLY TAKEN UP AND WE HAVE CLOSED REGISTRATION.  Come September 2017, we will attempt to “graduate” the most advanced skaters from SK1 to SK2 as quickly as possible to balance out our classes. Updates on availability will be posted on our website and Facebook page here.  There are still spaces available in our SK2 and SK2/Hockey sessions and we will be accepting registrations for SK2 and SK2/Hockey again in September.

Until then, have a safe and happy summer!

Joan, Paul, Mike, Tom, Aodhan, Eamonn, Wayne, Seamus, Andrew, Alison, Oliver, Peter, Eddie, Hilary, and all our other volunteer instructors and juniors.
