Firstly, great news! Due to the generous sponsorship of the Danforth Village BIA, we have purchased hockey jerseys for our 2015/2016 skaters and they are in! Joan and I will have a table set up downstairs this Sunday with a list of our registrants. Please come by and get one of these awesome jerseys for your son/daughter.
Scheduling for the rest of the season is as follows: We will have regular classes on March 13 (Daylight Savings Time begins) and March 20, and friendly shinny from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday, March 27th. SK1 students will enjoy the ice from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, and SK2 and SK2/Hockey students will get to play from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Note the earlier finish on the 27th. Then we are off to the golf course, unless your team made the playoffs.
Our thanks to those who pre-registered for the 2016-2017 season. As expected, our SK1 session is full, and we can no longer take any further registrations. We still have some spaces for SK2 and SK2/Hockey and will be taking registration for these sessions again in September.
Next season, subject to City of Toronto confirmation, we start Sunday, September 18, 2016 and end Sunday, March 26, 2017. There will be no classes on October 9, 2016 (Thanksgiving) or December 25, 2016, and January 1, 2017.
It’s been another great season, and we are delighted with what we see on the ice. Your sons and daughters should be very proud of what they’ve accomplished this year.
